Kaitlyn is a GEM! Don't you ever lose that employee --- she works hard with a smile!When we arrived she was taking inventory. She acknowledged us with a warm greeting after a short wait. She explained she'd wash her hands and gloved up. Being a half hour before close, she had started her cleaning duties, but still offered to reassemble the pop machine for us. Incredible service from Erbs and Gerbs.Ordered delivery through DoorDash and the driver ended up storming out when the store was out of a meat and had to reach out to make a substitution.The store ended up calling us to let us know about the altercation and not only refunded us but also delivered the order with an apology note themselves.Great work from the crew on 10/14/2023. Thank you!

The restaurant is in the gas station. We went there on a cold, dreary day for soup, and they were out of all the kinds of soup, except Mac & Cheese, which isn't actually soup. We were all disappointed.
