“It definitely was the local place to be on Fridays. My husband and I had an amazing meal! He had the fish fry, and I had the Chicken Alfredo. They are not shy about their portions by far. The young lady who was our server was fabulous. She checked on us consistently even though it was busy and updated us on when our food was going to arrive. Plus, she's so sweet and friendly. It was a real pleasure having her as our server 10/10 guest experience!“

“Drove past the sign for decades and never checked this place out until today.Homemade pasta, sauce, and sausage in the middle of a farm field, are you kidding me?Been around for 67 years and 4 generations. There is a reason why!We will be back soon.“

“I’m hanging out at a house on a lake near Cumberland for the summer & don’t always feel like cooking since I’m by myself most of the time so I’ve ordered Dominos several times. Every time the delivery driver is beyond nice. Thanks to Andrew who’s delivered to me a few times. He’s beyond friendly & even trudged through snow to get my order to me. The food is typical Domino’s though I recommend the chicken carbonara which I tried one night on a whim & have now ordered several times. The Parmesan bread bites are also to die for!“

“Our group of six were from Southern WI and Northern MN. We had full orders of Salads, Brat Burgers (with spicy mustard from Chetek, WI), corned beef & cabbage (almost St Patrick's Day). Everyone was completly satisfied with these taste meals and have left overs for later:) We would highly recommend Louie's on the Lake as a destination stop!!!!“

“I have nothing bad to say about this place! Server was nice and the food was great. If you want true cheese curds they have them (not fried cheese cubes), however, I will say the breading was a bit thick. Food was fresh and hot! 10/10 would reccomendParking: There is street parking that is not bad but can be hard to find. However, there is also parking in a lot behind the place which is much more convenient. ?“

“We only came into town once for dinner during our week long stay and this place did not disappoint. They had some really fun options on their menu. We had the taco and Buffalo pizzas. They were delicious, our family devoured them. The dining room is kind of sparse but clean and the service was efficient and friendly.“

“Okay lets talk about a local, woman owned, local business! Buck Horn truly embodies this and I can't believe how lucky we were to stumble onto this place! We borrowed a cabin from family for the weekend and just google searched a place for dinner. We were lucky enough to end up here, where the owner sat down to talk with us as we ordered, tell us her favorites and what the specials were. Our food was great, the root beer ice cold, and the atmosphere was perfect. The music was great and we didn't really want to leave. But the staff made it wonderful and we cannot wait to go back and try more food. We missed the chili cookoff, but hopefully next year!“
