“Everytime we order from DeForest pizza hut the workers are professional & polite. It's clear this business cares about their customers & stresses that to their employees. The food is always as expected & made the way ordered.“
“Food was delicious, ordered the Gyro, excellent. The young man that waited on me was devoid of personality, and acted like it was a chore to wait on me, customer service is definitely not in his future. Place was clean, too many employees standing around looking at their phones.“
“I would rate this store a 5 because of many different reasons!Came to dine in with my family after a long night the Maddy who was working the front counter was very helpful and very kind it really look like she knew what she was doing while she was training someone. WOW! Took around 7 minutes because I ask for my chicken fresh, unlike the other stores I’ve been to, she said “no problem” and didn’t throw a fit.For the food, as I wrote earlier I asked for my chicken fresh and it was delicious the fries were also fresh, and the drinks were not too syrupy.Store was very clean tables were wiped down so we could sit anywhere! Drink station was not sticky and the bathroom is delightful also very clean!Overall this store and including the worker were amazing definitely coming here again!Parking: Many of parking spots but would be hard if the store is busy.Kid-friendliness: High chair available and kids toys to entertain.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to the door.“
“Came in today at about 11:50am on a Friday…walked in and there was about 12 people ahead of me. They had 3 employees working. All 3 women behind the counter were pleasant and moving the line along as fast as one could expect with that many individual sandwiches being made to order. Being an adult and a rational and reasonable person, I expected to wait a bit before I would get served and get my food.All said and done, the sandwich was worth the expected wait. The service industry often has unrealistic expectations thrust upon it and the workers often get the brunt of it. Todays experience is why I will continue to frequent the DeForest Subway (can’t say the same about others necessarily)“
“I’m really starting to dislike Jimmy John’s in Deforest. I love the food so I’m not gonna stop eating here. I just wish they could get my order right. I always tip good but for some reason it just seems like every other time I order literally every other time I order it’s never right still waiting on the manager to call me from an incident that happened a month ago all in all it’s good food if you’d like freakishly fast subs go here but make sure what you want is what you get?“
“I have been on a one-man crusade AGAINST Burger King for years. They had fallen so far in quality that I refused to attend them. The one in Sun Prairie, where I live, is still one of the worst-run restaurants I've ever been in. However, a buddy wanted to eat BK for lunch today, so I went with him. I have to say, this is the first BK in YEARS that has impressed me. The store was cleaner than any fast-food place I've seen in years. The service was prompt and efficient. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted like I remember BK tasting years ago, not what I'd been served the last half-dozen times I went to other BKs. Maybe I got lucky. Maybe this trip was a one-time miracle occurrence, and they will disappoint me the next time I go. But, I'm hoping not. I have missed the occasional Whopper, so it was wonderful to actually have one hit the level for them I have in my head. I hope it's a sign of an upswing for BK in general across the board. We all profit when fast-food companies compete by raising quality. But, I've seen such disasters from Burger Kings in the past that I'm withholding judgment on that for now. I'll just accept this win, and give the Deforest BK the praise that is due.“
“I highly recommend eating here. Only drawback I had was manager decided to have a little powwow and chew a couple of employees out while myself and a few other customers were waiting and it was done right by food prep area is so even us as customers had to listen to it. Otherwise well worth eating here“
“This is my usual stop when traveling from MN to IN. First time in years that the food was great, buns were fresh, fries were hot. Asked for a #6 which on the menu showed a fish filet meal, got a 10 McNuggett instead, we were the only people in the restaurant ordering at the time, with that they didn't ask if we wanted any sauce with our nuggets. It was about 8:30 pm coming through. The two workers were cleaning the lobby/restaurant as if closing the restaurant, chairs were up, liquid on floor and table tops. Took the cashier about 5 minutes to take our order. We don't like to use the order screen, we like interacting with people.“
“We had the cod with fries and coleslaw. Busy place like always at lunchtime, but you would hardly notice! They have the drive thru figured out to a science. The fish was prepared perfectly. Fresh n hot. It was our first time trying the cod. Will have it again for sure.Parking: Real friendly staff. Great disposition greeted with a smile..“
