“I’m really starting to dislike Jimmy John’s in Deforest. I love the food so I’m not gonna stop eating here. I just wish they could get my order right. I always tip good but for some reason it just seems like every other time I order literally every other time I order it’s never right still waiting on the manager to call me from an incident that happened a month ago all in all it’s good food if you’d like freakishly fast subs go here but make sure what you want is what you get?“
“Always delicious. Fresh made hot subs are the subs to go for. Philly and cheese will be your favorite. You can get mushrooms onions and peppers, and since it's made fresh for you, you can ask for any ingredient to go light if you choose.“

“The food here is delicious. The two sandwiches we ordered were amazing. Even my daughter, who doesn't like melted cheese on ham, loved hers.There was a slight mix up with regards to whether my daughter wanted a combo or not, but the manager easily and cheerfully sorted it out after he was done making the food.Great establishment, great food, and a manager that keeps up the cheerful banter and staff instructions while he works.I'll be back!“

“Went here for a sandwich on the day that Jersey Mike's gives all money from purchases to charity. We got our sandwiches to go as it was very busy and seating was tight. I ordered the #6 which is the Roast Beef and Provolone my companion ordered the #13 The Original Italian we ordered them in the giant size which with the size of them was 3 meals for us. Both sandwiches were as advertised well loaded with meat sliced fresh and with the toppings of our choice and all those toppings were fresh and excellent we had the sandwiches made on white bread and they were both absolutely great both for our lunch when we got them home but also for the breakfast and lunch the next day. We'll done Jersey Mike's.“
“I had a great experience at this store the other night and wanted to leave a review telling people about it. I made a fairly large order of sandwiches and received a phone call that they had run out of bread but that they were making some more. Thing is I know they could have just cancelled my order and moved on with the night but instead went above and beyond by giving me a call and asking me how I wanted to handle the order. I decided to wait for the bread and was very glad I did seeing as these were the best Jimmy john's sandwiches I've ever had. So thank you to the young man that went out of his way to make sure I got my dinner and I highly recommend this Jimmy john's!!“
“I’ve been a regular customer at this subway for over 17 years. No matter how busy this shop is, the staff here make the highest quality sandwiches just the way you crave them every single time. Amanda the manager is by far the best sandwich artist subway has ever seen. Her staff are amazing, friendly and have the best work ethic compared to any other sandwich shop I’ve been to in Madison. “Tonight , Oct 21 st 2023 around 6:30 pm my wife and I stopped in for subs . We live just a bit away from this store and have been there many times . We thought tonight was the best service, most personable time ever . I should have asked for their names . So hopefully the owner can see this and find out who was working and please give them a huge pat on the back . “Great location. Seems like its being managed well. When my now wife worked at a different location, she'd always take off those god awful effing tree branches attached to the spinach leaves. So when I get them now, I tend to judge a bit more. I'm just spoiled is what I'm trying to say.. But yeah they need to do something about leaving the whole plant on the spinach leaf. Steams on jalapeños and banana peppers too. I understand it's how it's delivered, but you don't put out the tomatoes how they are delivered, right? You prep them. So just prep everything. Treat it like someone is paying you for it. Cuz they are. ? Okay I'm making this into a bigger deal than it needs to be. Because it's a universal subway issue, not just an issue with this location. So yeah over all, fun and kind staff, clean, and well managed.“
“Came in today at about 11:50am on a Friday…walked in and there was about 12 people ahead of me. They had 3 employees working. All 3 women behind the counter were pleasant and moving the line along as fast as one could expect with that many individual sandwiches being made to order. Being an adult and a rational and reasonable person, I expected to wait a bit before I would get served and get my food.All said and done, the sandwich was worth the expected wait. The service industry often has unrealistic expectations thrust upon it and the workers often get the brunt of it. Todays experience is why I will continue to frequent the DeForest Subway (can’t say the same about others necessarily)“
