“Thanks to our friends moving to Delevan that we found this little gem. It’s only 20 miles from where we live. For real authentic Mexican food, we would travel 2 hours! They have great margaritas and happy hours. Specials every day. I had the Chile Relleno’s they were not typical, but they were epic. My husband had the queso Birrias and for the past 40 years eating authentic Mexican food from mama, we never had this before. It’s literally like a Mexican French dip! It’s outrageously delicious and addicting. Tonight we decided to have ceviche, and we are both allergic to shellfish, so you can get it with shrimp or without. We were worried about cross-contamination, and we had nothing to worry about but to enjoy how delicious and well-made it was.”

“We had an amazing breakfast at Tana’s Family Restaurant today! Our 17 month old has a severe egg allergy and from the waitress to the cook they were more than accommodating. My daughters meal was made first and our server was AMAZING. So friendly and my daughter loved her. She made us feel like we were dining at home. 5 stars!”

“I love how the place looks on the inside. I have always enjoyed my food but when my brother and I went his 2 orders of wings were undercooked. Pink on the inside. “Excellent - for both breakfast and dinner. While we have been regular supporters of Bistro 67, for dinner, we only recently discovered that they also do breakfast at the weekend.

This is, by far, the best breakfast available in the Lake Geneva area. I would recommend it to people who favor quality over quantity. It’s not the place to go, if you like taking home a box of leftovers!

Small menu, but everything is prepared in-house, with most items produced to order, using quality ingredients. Great mimosas, bloodies and coffee, to accompany the excellent food.

Our server, Heather, as well as Chef Alex, were attentive and friendly. We could not have asked for better service.

“I have been to Patty's Deli several times and unfortunately can only give my opinion on one menu item.; the egg salad sandwich. It is hands down, by far, the best I've ever had and made fresh to order every time. Others in my office have said the same but have ordered several other menu items and say everything is always fresh and great tasting. Amazing place!”

“Had the Food Truck tacos and they were full of flavor! We had carne asada and tried Campeche tacos and they were surprisingly good. Excellent salsa!! Just wished we had gone back for the handmade quesadillas and tamales. Stepped into La Ventanita for a minute, I would call it a locals spot for sure, very lively with loud music and the bartender makes you feel so welcomed!! On my list to stop there again! “Gyros. Madison State Street in the '80s spoiled me. It has to be carved thick off the spit. The soft pita was mounded with chunks not roasted too long so you can taste the lamb. But a couple crispy pieces tossed in, too Pull off enough for tomorrow's omelet before adding homemade tzatziki sauce, tomatoes, ultra thin sliced onions. (No heartburn). Mildly spiced for beginners. And a bargain at $9! No more trips for $12 Milwaukee gyros. So you don't have to settle for frozen meat rewarmed anymore. Did Patty marry a Greek lol? Her granddaughter at the counter has the Larson resemblance and Delavan friendly personality. I'll be trying the reuben next. Oh yes, chocolate chip cookies, too.”

“I stopped in late, hoping to find a churro to sate my hunger as my wife checked into the hotel a few doors down (that place sucked). Unfortunately, they were out at that time, but recommended I come back in the morning.I did return upon learning how terrible the hotel's free breakfast was. The smell of fresh breads and baked treats hooked into my nose and dragged me around like a cartoon character. I got churros. I got cookies. I got donuts. If I lived closer, I'd get diabetes from eating their delicious pastries ALL THE TIME.Go out of your way.Go there.Get delicious food at a really good price!Now I really want another churro...”

One complaint is that you only get 3 Mozzarella breadsticks for 4 bucks? Not a deal! While we typically are not fans of live music because it's usually too loud to have a conversation, the entertainment on the patio was not too loud and actually quite soothing.
