“It was my first time here.Cool atmosphere, good service at the bar, and the Whiskey Ranch burger was a feast of a greasy mess of deliciousness!(Ask for extra napkins!)I was hearing nothing but good things about their burgers for a long time now, so I finally had one, and the rumors were true!I'll definitely stop by again at some point.“
“It was amazing. We have driven by and never thought to stop. So glad we finally did! The fish fry (fried and baked cod) was fantastic. Fries, baked, homemade chips, and potato pancakes were all so good. Family style applesauce and coleslaw. The final finishing touch was the cornbread. It was so soft and tender. Perfect! We will be back. Highly recommended!!!“
“The service was absolutely amazing. I usually choose to eat in Lake Geneva or Fontana but we chose to venture out and eat in Delvan. When we showed up to Ol’ Wisco, the ambience was great. I got a pizza and the pizza was perfectly cooked. My son got chicken tenders and he asked for four different sauces, and it came with four different sauces. That doesn’t happen very often. Also, not to mention the pizza. The. Pizza. The pizza is the best you can get around Lake Geneva. Oakfire sucks. Little Bar gave me stomach issues. Ol’ Wisco is the reliable peace aside of Chuck’s.“
“Hard to find places that consistently go above and beyond for their customers every day, but I can assure you the bartenders and owners of the Rustic do just that. Whether you are just passing through, or in the area on a regular basis, I highly recommend stopping by, grabbing a bite and a drink. You won't be disappointed.“
“Pretty good, authentic Mexican food. Lots of variety, tacos, combos, quesadillas, burritos, etc. a few appetizers , yummy cheese dip. The staff is super nice! Will come back again. Oh and the prices are reasonable, two could eat for about $30. The decor is your typical Mexican restaurant feel, nice solid booths and chairs, ornately hand carved and upholstered.“
“Last minute New year's Eve we went to this bar. It's got two pool tables, 2-3 dart boards. Very spacious and the bartender was amazing. There's also a quarter machine and a pinball machine. It was a very good time. I definitely recommend going here if you want to have a good time with good people.“
“Visiting Wisconsin during Lenten season and is anything more Wisconsin than Friday night fish fry? This is such a perfect choice-cozy, many fried and broiled options and good drinks, to boot. Great service, great fish fry and good experience overall.“
“Had igloo overlooking lake . Dinner at 530pm. Charcuterie board was very good. Beautiful view & ambience. Gave us a blue tooth speaker that we synced with our phone for dinner music. Best waitress. Good food and drinks. A really wonderful night. Would recommend.“
“We stopped in based on all the recommendations we read on a Facebook page that discusses all things local to the area. This restaurant was mentioned over and over as having the best burger around, and it did not disappoint. It was delicious. The homemade fries and chips were fantastic, too. We can't wait to go back! Just a note - there are only a couple of low tables. Most every table and chair is a high bar table/stool. Luckily, the low table was available and my elderly mom was comfortable.“
“We had deep-fried mushrooms, philly chicken sandwiches and drinks. Food and drinks were great. Haley the bartender was fast and did a great job with our drinks and service. Saw other customers burgers and french onion soup which also looked delicious. Angie makes great food. If I lived in the area it would be my go to for drinks and food.“
“We went for our first time to this location to see some great bands. First of all, the bartenders were absolutely amazing (and went above and beyond what's beyond). It was an all ages show, so we brought our kids (the youngest 11), and the fellow patrons were not only welcoming, they made space for us. We were going to the back area anyway, but it said a lot about the atmosphere that we were not judged and were received like we were on an episode of Cheers. We don't even live in Elkhorn, but I would, hands down, go back again. Even down to your patrons, this is the ideal chill place. I hope you book more bands like Arsenal Road and Westwood in the future! Thank you for a great night!Kid-friendliness: Amazingly accepting. Patrons and staff alike. Not in the least judged and we were there to see bands, so we were there until almost midnight.“
“Meandering on bike trip with a buddy between STL and Milwaukee. Stopped in for a PBR at the Blue Roadhouse. Tammy, the owner, and her customers chatted with us like family. If you find yourself on HWY A near Elkhorn, WI do yourself a favor, stop in, join in, and make new lifetime friends.“
“Stopped for a quick meal passing through Walworth. We all got burgers and were not disappointed. The signature cruise in burger was excellent - albeit a little messy with the yummy sauce dripping into your hand. The fries were hot and fresh and crisp. The place had a homey feel - comfortable and tables not too close to each other.“
“My wife and I randomly stopped here on a car cruise on a Sunday afternoon. We found the Google reviews solid for the area so we stopped. The bartender was really friendly and nice. We didn't catch his name but he went over the menu and told us what the specials were. It's a cozy Wisconsin sports bar with a huge menu. They have an AMI jukebox, dartboard, cardboard crack machine (pull tabs), and plenty of locals conversating at the bar. They have several gambling machines too. There are tables to the right as you walk in just in case right at the bar isn't your mood. We both got bacon cheeseburgers which I think was a half pound of meat. It was a monster burger and really good. If you're in the Delavan area please stop here. It's very good. We will definitely be back the next time we're in the area. Thanks for a great experience.“
