Really good food, unbelievably slow service.

Beautiful view, clean bathrooms, and clean dining area. Breakfast food was mediocre at best. Do NOT get the avocado toast. The avocado slices weren't ripe and there was something off with the overall taste/flavor. The pancakes and waffles also had something off with the overall taste/flavor. Everything was edible, but we left wishing we had gone somewhere else for breakfast.

The view outstanding, nice bar, friendly bartenders.
ordered the $47 scallops, no bigger then a quarter(go to Costco)
Expensive dinner, not even a piece of bread, your not in LA.
Miss the Wisconsin supper club feel and all that goes with that.
Give it a shot hope your presently surprised.....

We are visiting here from Indiana and googled local restaurants. We tried Burtons because of the great reviews and agree with them.
We sat outside with beautiful views of the lake. I ordered the fish tacos. They were fantastic loaded with great fish. I even took some of the fish out of the shells and ate it by itself it was so good. My husband ordered the steak bites. They were seasoned perfectly with great sauces . One bite had grizzle in it but the rest were perfect. We plan on trying to go again before we leave this area next week.

The setting is gorgeous. This is what made the experience so disappointing. Food was mediocre to poor and when provided feedback there was no accommodation made to the overpriced bill. Not returning.

This place is way slept on. We came here from on a Tuesday and got seated outside right away. Great server. Had a cherry margarita which was awesome. Great view. French onion soup is amazing. Steak was very tasty. Kind of a hidden gem

We were so looking forward to being able to accommodate our vegan family member with their menu as they stated they had online before our visit. When asking for the vegan options they said they didn’t have any and couldn’t make something. So we ordered a house salad, not listed as a side but came on a small side plate as the entree. While we love the atmosphere, the menu and service were disappointing. Bar tender was asked what NA beer were available, he said none. Asked if he could make something, he said no. Felt wildly unaligned with the price point of this place.

Live music outside was the redeeming factor of the evening.

Vegetarian options: Every entree is a meat product, not veg friendly.

Atmosphere was nice, right on the bay. Food came out wrong, not hard to make over easy eggs, you'd think. Waiter had to be hunted down to pay our bill. Don't recommend!

After a trolley tour, we looked for a restaurant close by and found this wonderful, peaceful gem next to the water. As part of the Alpine Resort, it has a beautiful large dining room and also a large patio for outdoor seating. With friendly, professional employees (such as Wyatt, our attentive server), the fine dining experience with beautiful views was so relaxing. The food was tasty and presented artistically, but with affordable prices. Our party had the wonderful soup and salad, a delicious burger, and the sumptuous steak sandwich with portabella mushroom. We enjoyed our lunch so much that we went back the next day!

Beautiful view of the Bay and located very close to a beach with paddleboards and other fun activities. Ella was our waitress and was very kind. Although the snooty folk like to frequent here, we felt welcome with our two kiddos, who devoured the grilled cheese, tomato bisque and ENORMOUS hot dog. The perch sandwich was delightful. DO NOT SKIP the French onion soup, it was divine. A lovely time all around!

We did not stay. More expensive than Google said. $31 for the least expensive entrée.

Delicious nice night out with a phenomenal view of the sunset! Definitely a pricier meal, but we enjoyed all of the food we ordered.
