“This was my first time ordering from this Jersey Mike's. I arrived on a busy Sunday around lunch time. I want to give a special shoutout to Sara who took and made my family's order. With a long line from a busy lunch rush Sara was flawless. Her fantastic attitude instantly improved my mood! She was talking, laughing and carrying on with customers while we waited and all the while diligently making multiple orders from memory . I have to say as a person who works in customer service myself (GM at a hotel group) this was some of the best customer service I have witnessed in quite some time even when faced with a large task of orders and quite a few people. Sara you keep rocking that awesome outlook on life, I want you to know it certainly did not go unnoticed!! This location is lucky to have Sara and because of her I will certainly be back. Thank you for the warm smile and good laughs Sunday, your customer service really stuck with me and I believe it should be recognized. If I could give you an award I would!”

“The place isn't fancy but who cares when you get amazing food and attentive service. Breakfast and bloody marys are a must on the weekend. Fish fry on Friday is solid and Smokehouse Sunday is the best way to end the weekend.”

“I went there at the behest of a gastronome buddy some years ago to try their Torta Cubana. It is an unbelievably huge layered and delicious sandwich of legend. Sadly, I have since moved far away and have not found any semblance of this "Holy Grail" of tortas! Elated to see they still offer it. Be sure to prepare your Will if you're insane enough to take on La Concha's challenge.”

“Super fun evening & they had a DJ with great tunes. Cocktail list is fairly extensive. Both bartenders working tonight were absolutely fabulous. Kept up with the crowd to ensure everyone had their drinks but also took a little bit of time to chat. Definitely will come back. Especially for those blended ice cream drinks.... 😂🤪”

“We were staying locally to go to Mt. Southington and decided to go to Hop Haus for dinner. It’s a rustic looking tavern with a ski lodge town feel on the inside. The staff could not have been for friendly. They were cheerful and helpful with dinner suggestions and very attentive to our needs. I ordered an unseasonable drink that I love year round and it was made perfectly, accented with a dried slice of lime giving it the perfect look and taste. We started with the spinach artichoke dip which was delicious. I ordered the bacon brie burger that our waitress suggested and it did not disappoint. My husband and one of our kids ordered the bourbon bacon chicken sandwich which they said were awesome. Thanks so much we can’t wait to come back again when we are in town next!”

“Love this Topper's location! I've had a great experience placing take-out orders both in-person and over the phone. I often ask for a modification of my pizza (e.g., no bacon), and they always get it right.
The pizza is delicious! I've thoroughly enjoyed the mac and cheese, smoky bbq, and buffalo chicken pizzas. The totzza was pretty fun, too. They also have a selection of vegan pizzas, which are pretty tasty and make this a great location to bring family/friends with varied dietary restrictions or preferences.
The staff at this location are always super friendly and proactively apply discounts if they have one available for the day, which is awesome.

“We were in town overnight looking for a quick and easy option for food. Pancheros was close by our hotel and we could order via app. Easy peasy. The concept and food are similar to Chipotle, but we would rather give our business to a local enterprise. Burrito and burrito bowl were both great and the food was fresh. By the number of people who were picking up for takeout, it looks like this place is gaining a following. Good for them!!!”

“Their chicken was similar to what I had in Korea. I like it and will keep ordering here whenever I want to have a chicken.
However, the chicken they used was disappointing me. They used the frozen chicken. You can notice it by checking the black color on bones and the smell of chicken. I hope they have the other option using a fresh chicken instead of a frozen chicken.”
