First time at this new Fitchburg Jersey Mike's location and it was busy! I ordered ahead with the app and my sub was ready (so nice to be able to skip the line!). I ordered the #8 Club Sub without the red vinegar and olive oil. But last second I added the Hot Chopped Pepper Relish (free topping) and it was great! Not as hot as jalapeños, but soon much flavor. I was in on Wed 2/21/24 around 2pm and the gentlemen working there had such excellent and personal customer service. I was having a bad week and joking with them made me smile and lifted my spirits. Jersey Mike's really seems to hire ppl w the best attitudes and the guys who were working yesterday afternoon deserve HUGE raises and recognition!!! The person behind the counter, whose name I didn't get unfortunately, did an amazing job making the sandwich I ordered. Many places, including JM locations just like to slap the sandwich together quickly. She took the time to make sure it was well distributed and on the sandwich, best sub I've gotten from a JM to date.
