Over an hour and a half for pizza is absurd. I understand it gets busy, but be accurate with your estimates. Was told it would be ready in 40 minutes. Sat in the parking lot only to be told every time i came in that it was "going to be ready soon" easily some of the worst service and all for mediocre pizza. Wanted to give them a shot since i hadnt had them in a while. Never again.

The lunch special 4 piece deep dish pizza feeds 2 people and is only 6 dollars. It also comes with a drink. Nowhere challenges that pricing.

I had a pickup order. I walked in waited a few minutes and got nothing saying it was ready for pickup. After a bit I finally went up and asked if the pizza was ready the girl just glanced at her register and said no. So I waited another like 10 minutes. I watched people who came in and ordered food walk out with their food already. So I walked up again and asked if it was ready the girl standing there did nothing but the guy standing next to her finally did something and grabbed some pizzas from behind him that were there the entire time I was there! This was a couple weeks ago when this happened and I hope that girl no longer works there. The pizza I got was also just horrible. There was no sauce on it. This place is trashy don’t go here.

The breadsticks were crumbly. Something was wrong with the dough.
The bread sticks were soggy when I got them they forgot items from my order. Also while I waited for someone to come help at the corner I couldn't help but notice one of the employees on their phone. I've not had a bad experience with Caesars up until now so I'm just really disappointed.

Idk if it was a bad time or just a bad dayBut my girlfriend ordered a pizza and it was a disappointing sightThin crust with pepperoni and banana peppersBanana peppers were just laid across linearly like the person just hovered there hand across the middle with like 8 banana peppersAlso was not cut through all the way at all so I had to do this when I got homeWe were gunna let it slide but when I was cutting it at home we noticed no pepperoniI’ve called this location before to place an order and have gotten no responseAnd this time I called to tell them the issue and also received no responseLesson: check your pizza before leaving
