I had a pickup order. I walked in waited a few minutes and got nothing saying it was ready for pickup. After a bit I finally went up and asked if the pizza was ready the girl just glanced at her register and said no. So I waited another like 10 minutes. The bread sticks were soggy when I got them they forgot items from my order. Also while I waited for someone to come help at the corner I couldn't help but notice one of the employees on their phone. I've not had a bad experience with Caesars up until now so I'm just really disappointed.
