Ordered a couple burgers and some wings for carryout, everything including the service was great. Guy at carryout counter communicated it would be a few minutes and asked if I needed wet wipes or utensils. Great service and friendly. Appreciate the coupons in the bag and will probably use them. Order was packaged perfectly with nice portions.
I order for pickup maybe once a month, but every time I go to get my food, it’s only been at the takeout counter once in the last six months, every other time I’ve had to wait at the bar for one or more employees to go in the back to check on my food, with no update from any employee on the status of my food until bringing it out 5-10minutes after arriving at or past the time online that the food would be ready. It's Buffalo Wild Wings. The service is good, the wings are good, and the nachos are good. I personally don't drink beer, but my father said it is good. The waiters and waitresses know their stuff. My father asked them questions about different beers, and they answered them and recommended something new he had never had before.All in all, I highly recommend it.
