I picked up a to go order and I really wish I hadn't! It was really really really nasty....it tasted like the grease in the friers hasn't been changed in a long time, burnt nasty old grease is what the entire meal tasted like!!

Very disappointed with BWW. I ordered on Uber eats. When my food arrived and you could clearly see that BWW tried to pack all the food in 1 bag. The safety seal was not properly taped. This left the bag wide open on the sides making me not feel safe. BWW should've put the food in 2 bags since it was a large order and properly attached safety seals for the customers piece of mind that the food was not tampered with. This shows to me that BWW does not care about their customers safety only wanting to save money on bags and we will be eating elsewhere in the future

This place is perfectly fine with purchasing 5,000 tvs to broadcast a bunch of boring sports at 3:00 p.m. on a Monday afternoon to 6 people, but too cheap to fill the half-full ranch cups all the way in my takeout order.

It's Buffalo Wild Wings. The service is good, the wings are good, and the nachos are good. I personally don't drink beer, but my father said it is good. The waiters and waitresses know their stuff. My father asked them questions about different beers, and they answered them and recommended something new he had never had before.All in all, I highly recommend it.

Ordered a couple burgers and some wings for carryout, everything including the service was great. Guy at carryout counter communicated it would be a few minutes and asked if I needed wet wipes or utensils. Great service and friendly. Appreciate the coupons in the bag and will probably use them. Order was packaged perfectly with nice portions.

I order for pickup maybe once a month, but every time I go to get my food, it’s only been at the takeout counter once in the last six months, every other time I’ve had to wait at the bar for one or more employees to go in the back to check on my food, with no update from any employee on the status of my food until bringing it out 5-10minutes after arriving at or past the time online that the food would be ready. That could be fine, (I’d appreciate some sort of update if the food isn’t ready right away) but the food isn’t even hot and fresh when I receive it.I really do not understand as the place is never busy with other customers, so a simple update that it will be brought out soon is the least of my hopes.

Greeter was very rude to us, when picking up an online order, we will not be ordering there anymore.
Food is good as usual, place was busy and we still got seated fast. The issue comes when we had to pay: the system they used pretty much made you scan a QR code on the table, which then opened a page showing all the orders your table made. This would be fine, only you CANNOT see anything other than the basic details of the order. Every person at our table ordered similar things, and we couldn't see the difference in our orders on the page. To see the specifics, you needed to go through the process up to the payment point. YOU CANNOT CHANGE THE ORDER YOU SELECTED IF YOU DO THIS. That means you might end up clicking on a friend's order and paying for them. It's completely frustrating and not well thought out.

Great service. Wings were delicious. Smash cheeseburger is the best.Update. 2/2024. Great wings, burgers and fries. I love how the staff seems to share responsibilities. A couple waitresses, a bartender and a manager ....all greeting people, cleaning tables, delivering food,..... Very well run place.

The only thing that's worse here than the food is the employee's they literally will not take your order when there's no one in there. Then again there terrible service is probably why. Run away this is a bad one
