We pick up from here quite often. The lobster sandwich they have on the menu right now shouldn't be as good as it is, and I always like the seasonal reuben. Actually surprised the reuben isn't a regular menu item. I know they shuffle through a lot of staff so like all fast food your sandwich can be many levels of satisfactory. Same everywhere, Germantown food is so meh. Far more times than not we're perfectly fine with them. I only have one real beef with this Cousins, the onions....read full review
Most people have probably visited Cousins over the years but if you haven't tried the Cousins cheese steak you don't know what you are missing. Although the other varieties are also great it is extremely hard to resist the cheese steak whenever I visit

We have been coming to cousins for over 32 years and we always have one of the sandwiches cut in half, the cashier apparently didn't know there is a button on the register for that so it was not on the receipt but she called out to the girl making the sandwich if they are able to cut it in half.we wait for our order and pick it up and it is not cut in half, so we have to get a plastic knife and cut it ourselves, pure laziness on the part of cousins.it is sad to see how poor customer...read full review
