To build a family oriented fast food restaurant with no dining room or option to order without a car is ridiculous. In today’s world. I guess this is the way fast food is going to be going now. Chick-fil-A is following McDonald’s lead.

This is the first time ever that I have ranked Chick-fil-A food with only two stars. The waffle fries were extremely salty. The sandwich bun crumbled and continued to crumble as I tried to eat my chicken sandwich.
I used to work at fast food so I know how crazy it can get. The team here does a great job with getting things through efficiently despite how crazy it gets.
For those complaining about the location, talk to your Glendale Village elected officials. They obstructed other proposed locations. It was originaly going to be built where the Boston Market is. So maybe do a little research before blaming the business, and become better informed voters. Elections matter. All of them.

Maybe they're being hit by shrinkflation or something, but the chicken deluxe sandwich I got today was significantly smaller than usual and looked really depressing. Also, half the time they get my order wrong by either forgetting to remove an ingredient or giving me the wrong thing entirely. I was able to excuse the poor layout of the drive thru for the food but if the food and service are declining then I think I'll probably go elsewhere.

They should really advertise that it is drive through only. For people like myself seeking an escape from their dirty work environment looking for a place to use the bathroom and wash their hands before I eat. The parking lot was absolutely chaos. Even after getting my food there were no available parking spots for me to park and eat my food while it was still hot. I expected the drive through to be a little more put together and organized based on my opening statement. Also how am I supposed to know what I want or what new items you have available if I never ever have the chance to see the menu??? I do not like the future you have planned.
