I've never been a Kopp's girl. I don't see the appeal in the food but my boyfriend likes it. I know this is a totally unpopular opinion. My last trip in with my boyfriend was not ideal. We waited half an hour for a cheeseburger, 2 fries, a junior sundae, sprite and a malt. We knew our number and stood there the entire time waiting and our number was never called. We both work in the service industry, so we were patient but at the 30 minute mark, our patience was wearing thin especially as the lobby cleared out and those that came after us were long gone. Turns out our order was pushed to the side. Watered down Sprite, melted Sundae and barely warm french fries was not a way to lure me back. No apologies, just oh here it is. ?
