I love their Sunday and Easter Brunch, however, I would like to see a few more side items added. Such as, cooked mushrooms, chopped onions and a creamy cheese sauce which added to the buffet adds additional flavor to the dishes they already have in place. Otherwise, they would get 5 stars!
This place slots in as one of the highest end mid-grade restaurants or lowest end of high-grade restaurants. It's priced accordingly. Good food for a good price... Not cheap, nor expensive.... Not bad, not amazing....just very good.

I was staying at the hotel and decided to eat at 1951. I had the all you can eat broasted chicken on Sunday night and it was FANTASTIC! But, everything else on the plate was simply not edible. The mashed potatoes were the cheapest instant potatoes money can buy. The dressing that held the form of the ice cream scoop they use to plate them was reminiscent of wet dog food, and tasted even worse.
