I love Cousin's subs. Prolly my #1 favorite chain restaurant sandwich. I always get the ham and provolone. It's fantastic. This location has a bit of a tired feeling aesthetically and the sandwich construction, compared to their sister establishments, left a bit to be desired.

My husband went there and got three subs and one was a tuna sub and he just asked for tomatoes and a little pepper and they put lettuce and Oregano on there also he didn't ask for that

The staff at Cousins Subs on Webster in Green Bay are not wearing masks during the pandemic. This is disrespectful and shows blatant disregard for the health of their patrons. This should not be up to the individual worker, it is your business and your risk decision, but I believe you should care about the needs of your customers- especially those more susceptible to the serious nature of this virus than your 20-something staff that works for your business. Your behavior is contrary to your public message. I suggest anyone within earshot of this message steer clear of this restaurant now and always. No excuse.

Very little precaution taken against covid 19... in a city with a huge breakout. Not that clean either. Instead of trying to be part of a solution, they decided to be part of the problem. I won't go to this location anymore.

Well I picked up my order curbside because of the social distancing order that's in place right now because of Covid-19 virus!!

I was at this particular one yesterday and noticed that only one person was working and that was fine but this same person who was handling the money with gloves on also cooked the food with those same gloves on and she served about 3 people her gloves should have been changed after every transaction if she has to cook and be the cashier
The place could use a refurbish. It’s very old inside and feels dirty even though it looked clean. There was only one employee working so he had to take the orders and then go and make them by himself, so staffing is an issue here too. I double checked my order before I left and a sandwich was incorrect. It was promptly replaced while the staff member profusely apologized. The food wasn’t the best, very flavorless and a bit expensive for what we got. The young man at the counter/kitchen was wonderful.

no roast beef takes 15 hours to thaw I want a roast beef sub the biggest one they have Parris cues was the reason why it wasn't unthawed cuz they had it busy rush-hour in the morning didn't have time to let it thaw if I don't want a sub then I can leave that's what they told me
