I’ve ordered pizzas from this location 2 times in the last month. The first time took over 3 hours to get our pizza, and that was only after we went and picked it up ourselves. We were told it was delivered at the 2 hour mark but it was not. We tried again tonight and after 1 1/2 hours we just called back and told them to cancel the order. Ordered online for delivery. It never arrived. The "Tracker" was stuck on "Eric is prepping your order" for 2 hours. I called a dozen times and no one answered. I take that back - someone answered a couple times, enough to say "Dominos, please hold" .. but then never picked the line up again. This happened over an over. I pre-ordered online for our lunch. Our order sat at prep for over 30 minutes. When I called after the order was late they barely put it in the oven. Did not receive our lunch within our schedule. Tired of places cutting people(small pay and tight staff). I love buying our lunch there but now have to find a trustworthy business.
