Was able to try El Bistro Taco a few days after it opened its new location in De Pere. The spaghetti and meatballs were yummy. Could tell the sauce and meatballs were made from scratch. They were rich and the meatballs were fresh and large and had good bite to them, didn’t crumble and fall apart. My only wish was that the pasta was finished in the sauce instead of the sauce poured on top of the noodles.
