This place is old and run down inside and out. Usually that isn't off-putting to me and the reviews seemed solid. However, we were given dirty coffee mugs, and all the food was less than mediocre.

Julie's cafe I've been going to for almost like 3 years since Ive been to green bay, this place had the best bang for your buck on a morning breakfast!

My boyfriend and I, as college students, LOVE Julie's cafe. It is such a good meal for the price you pay. He adores the meat and potato omelette. The environment is interesting, but I don't mind it too much :) I highly recommend either Julie's locations. The one in Howard is a bit more calm environment.
