Wow! I'm a craft beer snob from San Diego, CA.(boo... I know, originally a Yooper tho) but Noble Roots could compete with the best. Kudos! I would come here all the time if I lived here ... The double Noble Roots DIPA is amazing! I'm looking forward to coming back and having another couple of beers!

I was so looking forward to tasting the blueberry cream ale. However I was very disappointed! It had a very bitter not sweet taste. Not a cream taste either. Very bitter and tasteless. Such a waste of 14 bucs for 4 cans! Will never buy again!!

When it comes to variety and quality of craft beers, Noble Roots is the best brewery in Wisconsin that I have visited. I was ecstatic to find a belgian beer and imperial stout on their menu, two of my favorite styles that I haven't been able to find anywhere else in the state. The staff were excellent, and seemed to really enjoy working there. If you enjoy good craft beers in a fun, laid-back setting, I would highly recommend Noble Roots.

Man has this Brewery come a long way from when they opened!!! The hours have gotten much better, beer selection much better, and consistency much better. Love their Belgian offerings, and their IPA- I'm forgetting names at the moment.My only critique, which is nothing against them and is actually a good thing, is their taproom is pretty small for the amount of visitors- especially in winter. Not small enough to keep us away one bit- and again no fault on their part. Word on the street is this will be changing soon.Cheers Noble Roots, to many more years ahead!!
Excellent choice this time. Offered a free sample prior to buying. Staff was very friendly and looked like they enjoyed interacting with people. Got lucky and was able to sit down.

So, I’m the kind of guy who’s up to try new places, new stuff, and new phads. But when I know I like a place and don’t care for any others, I don’t try to push myself to like another. I live in Downtown Pooler, where it’s restaurants galore. You got fast foods, fancy foods, frightening foods, and enlightening foods. Then, one day, my mom said: “I just found a new burger place”. I was like: “A burger place, you say?” I should also mention, I’m also the kind of guy who LOOOOOVVVVVES burgers. Without much convincing, we head off to the Southside of Pooler. I didn’t know what I was in for, but after…OH BOI, DID I NOT REGRET IT!!! With everything made from scratch, my burger was made well-done (and I’m not just talking about the meat) and my mom’s salad was also great (I know anchovies get a bad rep from the Ninja Turtles, but I SWEAR on my own life the salad sauce had the perfect amount! Nothing too overcoming, but nothing too weak). The owner was nicely communicative and we had a good laugh. If you feel like making a change, start with eating habits. You may love a restaurant near you, but - once in a while - go the distance, like the restaurant did.
