Wow! I'm a craft beer snob from San Diego, CA.(boo... I know, originally a Yooper tho) but Noble Roots could compete with the best. Kudos! I would come here all the time if I lived here ... The double Noble Roots DIPA is amazing! I'm looking forward to coming back and having another couple of beers!

When it comes to variety and quality of craft beers, Noble Roots is the best brewery in Wisconsin that I have visited. I was ecstatic to find a belgian beer and imperial stout on their menu, two of my favorite styles that I haven't been able to find anywhere else in the state. The staff were excellent, and seemed to really enjoy working there. If you enjoy good craft beers in a fun, laid-back setting, I would highly recommend Noble Roots.

Man has this Brewery come a long way from when they opened!!! The hours have gotten much better, beer selection much better, and consistency much better. Love their Belgian offerings, and their IPA- I'm forgetting names at the moment.My only critique, which is nothing against them and is actually a good thing, is their taproom is pretty small for the amount of visitors- especially in winter.
