The staff is always smiling and a lot of them remember my name and remember that I always ask for a straw due to a lip piercing.They go above and beyond to show they appreciate my loyalty in many ways. i'm stuck in a rut-i order the same thing so today i asked for suggestions.. let's try some tea- the barista nailed it she made a chai tea latte with pumpkin spice..!!!!!!! new favorite... YOU GUYS ROCK
