I ordered the most beautiful plate of food you ever saw, I paid for it, and then I left it on the bar. The bartender came running into the freezing cold to make sure I got my dinner. Great service like this is typical here. Thank You!
I went with my college buddies and it was a great time. The food was excellent, but what really captured my experience dining at Texas Roadhouse was the service. Josh was our server at Green Bay and was beyond amazing. Texas Roadhouse offers good food with a slight issue of excess salt, and exceptional buns. The service is quick, and the staff is kind and friendly. The atmosphere is great with nice decorations. The music can be loud, making it hard to talk at times. Some guests have noted that the rolls and peanuts, which were once unlimited, are no longer refilled, and plates are sometimes not provided. The beef tips are grilled to perfection, and the New York Strip is cooked at a perfect medium rare temperature. The buttered corn is very good, while the mashed potatoes are average. Overall, the value for money is excellent, with a great price-product ratio. The service and hospitality make for a satisfying dining experience, especially when feeding a large family. However, there was an issue with a steak being burnt and overcooked in the past.
