Additionally, the tables, including the one I spent several hours on, all appeared to be in impeccable condition. “We had a buffet lunch at Bullwinkle’s May 2, 2025, to celebrate my wife’s life. There were about 60 guests. Everything was excellent! It was more than expected. The food choices were great and the meal was outstanding. Management and staff treated us like members of their own families. They were not intrusive or hovering and provided loving care for this special occasion. They even allowed us to bring specialty desserts, for which they provided plates, utensils and carry-out containers. It was very reasonably priced. “Friday’s lunch took me to Dale Z’s On Tour at 3585 S Howell Ave, Milwaukee, WI, for the 4th installment of my Fish Fry adventures for 2025. The meal provided a satisfying experience, with a few small areas that could be improved, but overall, a good choice if you're craving a pleasant fish fry. Options for the Fish Fry: Friday Fish Fry – $12.95 for 3 pieces of cod (fried, baked, or blackened), served with coleslaw, buttered marble rye, lemon, tartar sauce, and a choice of fries, potato pancakes (2), or Soup of the Day. Additional cod is $2.95, and tartar sauce is $0.50. Apple sauce or maple syrup available by request. Shrimp Fry – $13.95 for 8 crispy butterflied shrimp, coleslaw, buttered marble rye, lemon, cocktail sauce, and a choice of fries, potato pancakes (2), or Soup of the Day. Additional shrimp is $4.95, and cocktail sauce is $0.50. Apple sauce or maple syrup available by request. In addition to the fish fry options, there was a Side of Potato Pancakes for $3.95, and the Soup of the Day was clam chowder—available in cup ($3.95), bowl ($4.95), or quart to-go ($11.95). The Meal: I went solo this time and started with a cup of clam chowder, followed by the Friday Fish Fry—fried cod with fries. Clam Chowder: While the clam chowder wasn’t the most exciting, it was still decent. It was missing a few of the key ingredients I typically love in chowder, like salted pork, onions, and celery. The texture wasn’t as creamy as I’d prefer, and the potatoes were a bit mushy, but the flavor itself was satisfying enough. It was a nice way to start the meal Fish Fry: The fried cod was pleasant. It was thinly battered and not greasy. The fries were the standard kind you’d expect—nothing fancy, but good. Honestly, I’d go for the potato pancakes next time, as I think they’d complement the fish better than fries. The coleslaw was fresh and creamy, providing a nice contrast to the crispy fish. Shrimp Fry: The Shrimp Fry ($13.95) caught my eye as well, and from the looks of it, it was a solid choice for shrimp lovers. It comes with 8 crispy butterflied shrimp, which are golden and perfectly fried—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The shrimp are served with cocktail sauce for dipping, and the same sides as the fish fry (coleslaw, buttered marble rye, fries or pancakes). I didn’t try the shrimp this time, but the plate looked well-balanced and a great alternative to the fish. Overall Value: The total for my meal came to $25.21 including tip, which included the cup of clam chowder, the fish fry, and a coke. I felt the price was fair for the portion sizes and the quality of the food. Plus, the service was friendly and attentive, making the experience enjoyable. Final Thoughts: Overall, Dale Z’s On Tour offers a solid fish fry with good value and friendly service. While the chowder wasn’t my favorite and the fries were standard, the fish was pleasant, and the shrimp fry is a great option if you’re in the mood for another seafood option. If you're in the Milwaukee area and looking for a reliable fish fry, Dale Z’s is definitely worth a stop. I will make sure to try the potato pancakes next time!“

We come here weekly like clockwork now - before moving here it was my choice when I’d come up from IL to visit (when it was my time to pick) - for the Jacks, Ecto Cooler & the Parm fries but also for the EXCEPTIONAL service by Katie. She helps me navigate this large, fabulous menu & she has never steered us wrong. She is so knowledgeable, fast & friendly. I only wish every place had a Katie to accent a menu this delicious. “Our favorite neighborhood establishment! We enjoy stopping in after dinner on the weekends. Richard is a great bartender & always provides excellent service. It looks small from the outside but there is a large back area that hosts many parties year round. A cute back patio for those warm evenings. They serve frozen pizzas from their sister establishment, The Bowery which are delish!

“Love the Bowling Center! Always Looks Clean & Very Well Taken Care Of. This Center is a True Jewel That All Bowlers including Other More Serious Bowlers need to try! Staff is Always Friendly & able to take care of any needs that customers have. Love the fact this Bowling Center is open to the public & is not just for Marquette or College Students! Bowling prices are super cheap & the bowling center always offer great deals vs other more corporate type bowling centers. About the only thing missing is - a pro shop! “We stopped here as we were spending some time downtown Milwaukee. We walked by and wanted to try it. I had a black and blue burger. It was really tasty, but I didin't get a lot of blackened with it. Still, it was really good if you like that kind of thing. My wife had a cob salad and enjoyed it to the last bite. We also had and order of a cheese curds. I can say they did those right, they were amazing.

My one complaint is they find ways to add all kinds of charges. You want ranch you are going to pay extra. You want to use a credit card, you are going to pay a few. When you are paying $9.00 for a basket of fries, you would think they could throw in a little ranch.

“No better way to start a Brewers game than to go to Kelly's Bleachers. Affordable eats, small menu, delicious food and any drink you could ever want! Best part is when you are done, jump on their shuttle service to the ballpark! Clean, friendly service takes you directly to the front gate. What else could you ask for! They will also bring you back after the game.“

“Great bar good but not typical, eg the usual French Dip is called an Irish Dip, served with sliced tenderloin steak. Cheese and Brat soup for game day. Wings are delicious with lots of sauces.
On Brewers game days their lot fills up fast, but there's plenty of neighborhood street parking.“
