“My executive chef came in 10 minutes to kitchen close hungry, I usually don't want to bother kitchens an hour near close. It was nacho bar night, the bartender said it wasn't a problem since everything was already out, and ready to serve. My boss left happy.“
“It's been years since we've been here. I remember it being very clean with great food and great service. Guess what? It still is!! We ate at the bar and the bartender was very friendly and attentive. The best battered cod ever...as I remember! Delicious soup and a very nice Bloody Mary. I highly recommended it years ago and I highly recommend it now.“
“Classic "dive bar on the outside super nice on the inside" switcheroo. My friend and I wanted to get some food to go to take to a brewery that didn't serve food, so we came here. The places that look questionable on the outside always have the best food, and this is no exception. Our bartender was great. We shared the honey garlic chicken wrap (which was definitely big enough for two people), and it was seriously awesome. So were the tator tots - they tasted like potato oles from Taco Johns. The honey garlic sauce was excellent with a little bit of a kick). Plus, they had a pretty impressive tap list so we could have a beer while we waited. Would definitely go back.“
“This was the first time I had ever been to this bar, and I really enjoyed myself. I met up with a friend and her group for a birthday party. It was a delightfully welcoming bar, great service, and felt very much at home. I loved the layout and watching people spread out and truly relaxing.“
“The food and service are excellent at this neighborhood, north side bar and grill. Great Friday night fish fry, very light batter not greasy at all with a nice creamy coalsaw. They have other specials during the week. Promt service with a busy bar. Drink prices are very reasonable. Very clean and well kept. This was not my first time here, and it won't be my last time! I was so hungry that I forgot to take any pictures. Next time!“
“Was in the area for a Girls Weekend and opted to go to Red Pines for a Friday night Fish Fry...based on other Google reviews. We knew we'd be adding our name to a waiting list when we got there and saw a very full parking lot. Nice bar area...lots of selections. Could have used another bartender as the 2 girls were struggling to keep up. We had to wait about a half hour but that's what they estimated and it was worth the wait . The menu was exceptional for a fish fry... lots of choices. My perch plate was hot, well seasoned and was NOT over battered. Perfect! I'd definitely come here again when travelling in the Lacrosse area!!“
“We went there for a band later on a Friday nite.Good service even though they were busy and there was only 1 bartender.Great space for music.Nice to know there are venues that are promoting live music!?Parking: Huge parking lot! Also a few spots for boats to dock if you decide to take the river route⚓“
“Haven't gone out to eat in awhile so I wanted to go somewhere where I would absolutely get a good meal. I was NOT disappointed. If you are going out to eat...I recommend spend your hard earned money here. Whole mushrooms in the tips, the best prime rib you will taste in wisconsin, salad bar, great drinks, and good people.“
“Cheese curds are perfect here! Ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger w/ fries, perfectly cooked, boneless BBQ wings were on point, service was great and everything came out within 15-20 minutes. Def going back to try out more of the many great things on the menu. A+ overall“
“We were there during supper hour. They were busy with all chairs full. The server was in perpetual motion. It did take longer than usual to get our meal and the fish was marginal done. (Could have been fried a few minutes longer.) It was still very good and pieces were large. We took 3 1/2 pieces home and warmed them the next day which completed the cooking.“
