I ordered the large vegetarian. It came with 4 cucumbers and 3 tomato slices 1. Lettuce leaf but the cheese with avocado was the best part. Prices are up but this was a terrible sandwich.all I had was basically a bun with cheese and mayo. I was at the Cardinal Lane one in Howard very disappointed.

Ordered online around noon. Went to pick up a little after 12:30. Complete choas when i walked in the door. Boxes of deliveries at the entry, 20 people waiting around for food, people asking for refunds, asking for rainchecks, people walking out, employees all over the place. My order was not ready and had yet to be started so i left. Talked to someone else while waiting that ordered online for a pick up and they ordered 1/2 hour earlier than I did and were still waiting when I walked out at 12:40. Order Number: 26038930851037189

Waited a freaky amount of time in shop for my order. I got take out here. Showed up 15 minutes after I placed the order. Checked in, was told it would be a 15 minute wait. Waited 35 minutes in store and saw about 10 in shop orders get fuffilled before my preorded one. Boxes were laying on the ground. People didn't have a place to stand or sit hardly. Still great fresh food, but the service I got was awful this time. They had about 8 people working up front too.

They don’t have enough delivery drivers to live up to the promise of “freaky fast.” Most nights there is a single driver, meaning you’ll be waiting up to an hour for your delivery. They really need to hire more drivers.

The workers are rude and immature. I placed a pick up order and when I showed up to get it, the workers were just standing around but there were no pick up orders ready. Then, they made me feel like the jerk for bringing it to their attention. I’m so done with this location.
