We had a great experience at Bricks on a Saturday night. We were in luck because it was spring break for Hudson, WI. (They do take reservations.) It was about a 15 minute wait, which gave us time to have a small pour at the brewery across the street. We couldn't have had a more friendly and efficient server. I had walleye cakes, which were delicious. My husband had the Sicilian pizza. We have am amazing wood fired pizza place in our hometown. This pizza was nearly as good. I balanced my lighter meal with the tiramisu for dessert. It was lovely. Just as good as the tiramisu at Eataly in Chicago. Park near the marina along the river. You will love stopping in Hudson.

Bricks was a nice place. The food was good. We had the walleye cakes and a pizza. The staff were friendly, helpful, and engaging. The place was a little noisy.

Delicious! Best wood fire pizza around. Lots of great recipes to choose from.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Bricks. This is the best pizza you are going to find in downtown Hudson. Period. The space is small but warm. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smiling face and feel at home. The menu is loaded with classic/traditional Neapolitan pizzas you would expect, like Margherita (which is fantastic by the way). Along with the traditional toppings, Bricks is constantly keeping things fun and fresh with weekly specials. Introducing bold, creative flavors to the menu. The crust is flawless. Wonderful flavor with a nice crunch. The base isn't doughy and can hold the weight of the toppings without flopping over. I also feel the prices are fair for the high quality product you are getting. A pizza big enough for two will run you right around $20. PRO TIP: Do not skip dessert. The Tiramisu is fantastic.

Usually have a great experience here, but today the pizza was soggy. Completely inedible and for almost $20 it was pretty disappointing. We ordered the bruschetta and they barely drizzled any balsamic on the crust it was basically just cooked pizza crust, and the tomatoes that come with it were yellow. Honestly very shocked because we always have a good experience but sad to say I will not be ordering again because they are on the pricey side.

Best authentic Italian pizza I've had since I lived in Italy

I'm visiting out of town relatives and my sister-in-law recommended this favorite of theirs local pizza restaurant. It was the perfect choice! They go there often and love it. We were a party of six and had to wait a little bit to get a table but it was well worth the wait. It's an intimate, smallish space that is just perfect, not too big to be loud, big enough to seat a nice crowd. We ordered four pizzas and two salads for us all to share and everything was delicious. I think four slices remained for take home and a little bit of salad. I tried a holiday edition local brewery seasonal beer that I loved and will be looking to purchase more before I drive home. Service was perfection, the food was delicious, 5 stars hands down!

Tomato basil soup, salads and pizza - Oh my! Twice this year I've been here for an early dinner. The food is very good and service is alright. This last time in early November, with just one other couple in the place, I asked whether the loud music could be turned down a bit. They obliged my request; however, the attitude of the server was "cooler" than it had been previously to my request. There is nothing in the place to dampen/absorb sound. The repeat problem I've experienced with ordering everything all at once (which is what they expect customers to do) and requesting that the pizza come out last - after we've finish our soup and salad - is that they seem to not understand the timing of food course delivery (or choose to ignore the request), and so end up delivering both salad and pizza at the same time, which forces a very crowded table and interrupts the dining experience in general. Imagine you're midway through your bowl of soup, a spoonful halfway to your mouth, when someone is suddenly there table side with a platter of salad and a pizza for you. It feels intrusive.

Always time our return trip to St Paul from Eagle River, WI to eat at Bricks. As good as the best in Twin Cities.

Visited with my daughter on a Sunday afternoon, was quiet with only a few customers. We very much enjoyed the bruschetta and a pizza, which was plenty for two people. We also ordered a pizza to go when we placed out eat in order and they brought out hot and boxed up when we paid the check. Great service!

Bricks is great! They can handle my family’s allergies and make amazing GF goat cheese pizzas. Though a little small the dinning experience is great because of the kind staff and great service. We mostly do takeout and they are always prompt.
