One of my favorite coffee spots! Have to hit it any time I'm round Hudson/Stillwater. The staff is amazing and the coffee is even better. They make most of the components in house and their food menu looks great. Unique drinks, expertly roasted beans, and food for most dietary restrictions. I asked about their most "chocolatey" roast and the pour over they recommended was some of the best coffee I've ever had. It was basically hot chocolate in coffee form. Amazing humans making amazing coffee. Stopped in to kick off a long trip home and staff was very kind to my kids. They made an amazing coffee with a beautiful design in the foam that I always hope to get but seldom do. It was one of the best white chocolate mochas I've ever had.
