Amazing humans making amazing coffee. Stopped in to kick off a long trip home and staff was very kind to my kids. They made an amazing coffee with a beautiful design in the foam that I always hope to get but seldom do. It was one of the best white chocolate mochas I've ever had. It's a total treat to receive something from someone who puts heart into their craft, thanks.

The local baker directed us to this small Cafe. Very friendly staff with a wide selection of coffee drinks and seasonal specialty drinks. I ordered an Americano, it was perfect.

One of my favorite coffee spots! Have to hit it any time I'm round Hudson/Stillwater. The staff is amazing and the coffee is even better. They make most of the components in house and their food menu looks great. Unique drinks, expertly roasted beans, and food for most dietary restrictions. I asked about their most "chocolatey" roast and the pour over they recommended was some of the best coffee I've ever had. It was basically hot chocolate in coffee form. I need to come back more often to try their food and go on a walk by the river. It's a very small space so it would be hard to hang out at busier times, but there is ample street parking to walk the area or grab something to go. The building is cozy and they've got lots of plants to liven up the space. Their roasting machine is in the middle of the seating area, which is really cool. I 100% recommend checking it out and asking for a recommendation from the barista!

The coffee is excellent. The staff are a bit eccentric and loud. Not a place to get work done. one of the baristas sings opera music very loudly like he's auditioning for a role. recommend grab and go!

Really, really good coffee. I had a latte with oat milk and maple and it was scrumptious!! I don’t believe I have ever had a better latte. The hubby had a poured coffee. He is a “just give me a black coffee” type of fella. So he expanded his palate today and said yes it was some darn good coffee.The service was great. The place is quite small and noisy. They could really use some sound dampening tiles/materials on the walls.

I search out Mocha’s - as love coffee and chocolate…HANDS DOWN BEST MOCHA I have ever had by a ways is at Ember n Bean…. They have a their own chocolate “sauce” they use, it’s something special.And I try the mocha’s at every new coffee shop I try - and this place is the hands down winner.

Best place in town (or out of town) for coffee. Very experienced/trained staff. Consistently good. They do the usual - drip, pour over, cortado, latte etc but also have a monthly menu with special drinks. Food options are mostly limited to pastries with the exception of their new breakfast burrito offering. Highly recommended.
