Love this place, great whiskey, beer but still a neighborhood feel! Some of the best bbq you’ll find in MN or WI and even better people! Also the home of some awesome food pop ups!
The best bar in the Twin Cities. Yes I know it's in Hudson. Great bourbon selection, and the food pop-ups are unmatched (boomin bbq, aromatics pizza, disco dogs). Top it all off with top notch service and beverage knowledge, and you've got Nova. If you haven't been out yet, do it, you will not regret it.

Finally made it across the river to Nova today. My visit left me in the state of "how many times were you told to get here... & kept saying...mehh... I will? Well today did not disappoint! I loved the small brunch cocktail menu, not overwhelming and some great options, the bloody with dill pickle ice was very tempting! I opted for the Knob Creek Colab Sour, it was delicious & not too sweet so I sucked it down in two sips! It paired perfectly w hanging out w buddies on the patio!...read full review
