Very small seating for 2 people, food was pretty good and we got a lot for the price. I ordered strawberry cheesecake waffle and omg ?? My boyfriend ordered protein strawberry pancakes, it was a huge stack and super fluffy ?? Our server was niceParking: Not enough room from Starbucks line.
Very good, well prepared meals with excellent customer service! Only complaint is several times when trying to use my online ordering account, I constantly get kicked off and have to call my order in to the restaurant. This is most likely a corporate issue and not the local restaurants issue.Parking: Very tight parking based on the locations design with Starbucks next door and Starbucks drive thru runs between the two sided parking lot.

Never brought us our highchair. Had to get it myself. High chairs were all dirty, so I had to wipe it down myself. My glass for my drink, you could feel was dirty on the outside. Made me question drinking the beverage. Service and food came out quick. Not the cleanest Ihop I've been to it seemed.
