Ordered at 3pm for a 5:30pm carry out. Got a call as I'm walking in the door to pickup. They're out of cheese sauce for my 2 pretzel pizzas.They made it right by going above and beyond for the inconvenience and had my new order ready very quickly. Staff was present, intentional, and made a high quality order on point for the first time in a long time. I'm glad I haven't given up on these guys. The improvements are greatly appreciated.
As a family we order from here frequently. But on this occasion it was bad for us and the other 9 people that were in there. Our pizza was suppose to be ready between 7:49 - 7:56pm. Got there waited 5 minutes before anyone came from the back. Just to be told it would be another 15-20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes before going back In and still had to wait another 25 minutes. It's never taken over an hour for 3 pizzas and 2 crazy bread. Anyone of our pizzas wasn't even cut.
