They used to actually fill their containers with food, but now they don't even come close. The amount you pay for extra entrees and stuff should mean it comes full. Very disappointed in that aspect. The taste of food is good, which is the actual reason we go back.

We waited 30 minutes parked, and when we got our food they mixed up the plates and messed up big time. If someone had allergies that could've been bad. Worst experience at this store by far.

Janesville Panda Express is consistently good. Clean atmosphere, friendly service, uniformly fresh food. I always order Honey Walnut Shrimp which is an increased cost, sometimes a good serving size, sometimes small, depends on who packs it. Beef and Broccoli is standardly appetizing, as are the chicken options. Last visit I tried Black Angus Steak and it was awful! The mushrooms and peppers were okay but the steak and broccolini were so over cooked and tough it was unedible and I fed the meat to the dogs. Very disappointing. Overall nice and my family orders from here often, and I am not one to give chains business. Parking is good, but often a line inside.

Waited inside for 20 mins. Drive through line cleared out. Asked employee and they said that they do the online orders first rather than customers standing in front of them. She said next time order online or go through the drive thru. Poor management.

I usually get honey walnut shrimp, two orange chickens, lo mein, and two spring rolls. Food is always fresh and hot. What I don't like is they try to scimp on to go order portions.

Experienced a pretty awful case of food poisoning after eating here. I know it was from here as it was the ONLY food I ate all day. Came here on my lunch break and became violently ill about an hour after eating the WORST teriyaki chicken. I should have known it was spoiled as it was chewy and slimy and awful and I didn’t even eat half of it before I dumped it all in the trash. I will never eat here again.

Can we get the food to be filled more often...there are way too many outages when I come and eat. Also please have someone clean off the tables and take out the trash and sweep the floors on a timely manner.

I've eaten Panda Express all over California and multiple other states for the last 20 years and never had a bad experience. This particular Panda Express is shocking.The restaurant was dirty, trash all over the floors, a door dasher was waiting for 20 minutes or more to take an order out and he looked bummed out. The staff are children (literally, teenagers). They were rude to my wife, got our order wrong. They left half of our order uncovered and exposed to other customers who were passing by our food on plates on a tray while waiting for the rest of our food to be done.As you can see from the photos my wife had to add her own teriyaki sauce to teriyaki chicken because they forgot to add if when making it.The teenager staff rolled their eyes at my wife when she asked for sauce. I'm not sure how this place is even open to be honest, but I will not eat here again and I recommend you don't either.
