I came in yesterday and agentleman made me my bowl. He was very upbeat, great attitude, and made a great bowl. He must be newer, because I come in pretty regularly, and this is only my 2nd time seeing him. As soon as I walked in he stopped what he was doing to greet me and get started on my food. A+ service. Sunday 10/22 2:00pm. I have been to dozens of Qdobas throughout the US and have never run across an operation so poorly managed. Owner should be embarrassed. Four customers in the building when I arrived (including me), at least four employees, seating for 48 and not one clean table. Every table or eating surface has crumbs, minor spills, or both. I placed my order on the app to go. We both had burrito bowls. The rice and were cooked well. The chicken was hard to find in the bowls, very small pieces and not much of it. The flavors tasted well and the dish blended together. The order was completed when indicated on the app.
