This is a best little traditional breakfast and lunch spot in Kenosha. Cooper's Uptown has captured the traditional feel and food quality of the original Andrea's diner and gift shop which closed after the pandemic. I just really liked the surprise of it based on the location and the vibe in here..it's a gift shop of sorts and restaurant in one. Food and service was good and I like all the unique items for sale!
