“This is a best little traditional breakfast and lunch spot in Kenosha. Cooper's Uptown has captured the traditional feel and food quality of the original Andrea's diner and gift shop which closed after the pandemic. From delicious breakfast staples like pancakes and French toast to heathy upbeat trendy breakfast bowls, everything is perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. Excellently prepared sunny-side up eggs, crisp bacon, roasted red potato hash browns with fresh muffin bread toast is my favorite "old school" breakfast. All of their coffee selections are delicious.“
“Little cafe on the corner, with unique character and charm! Bring your patience on busy days, the seating is pretty limited. Nice and simple menu, with very fair prices. Breakfast was cooked perfect, and overall taste was good. Something was missing for the “wow” factor. Milwaukee based coffee was a nice touch! Entry is ADA friendly but the overall sizing and spacing inside, makes for a huge challenge if you’re using a wheelchair or other item. Overall as nice locally owned place with friendly staff, and good food. Will come again!Parking: Side street parking. There’s no parking lot at the diner, but a large shared lot across the streetWheelchair accessibility: Very limited room to maneuver“
“spring wood had always been a reasonable go to go a week cooked breakfast, just like anywhere else though sometimes they don't get it just right. even with that though they get it right more often than not and the staff that work there are friendly. great place to go that also won't hurt the wallet too bad.“
“Awesome place for breakfast. We've never been disappointed in the quality of the food. The atmosphere is great and the staff works hard. I love the Eggs Benedict! The pancakes are my kids favorite. Overall just good food. This is an institution in Kenosha for breakfast. I highly recommend this place.“
“Went here with a friend after a day of thrifting, and had the best time! I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, but my friend couldn't decide what she wanted so we just sat down. After I got my smoothie, they gave us the extra for free. Super chill and warm environment! Definitely will come again!“
“I could go on forever about this venue and staff. The venue itself is gorgeous and made for the perfect backdrop to our classical romantic themed wedding. Lots of natural lighting and tall ceilings. The location is beautiful in the heart of downtown Kenosha. Our guests were raving about how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. The bridal suite is beautiful and was able to accommodate a large group of ladies (I had 11 bridesmaids). But most importantly, it's the staff. Deanna and Dameon, who were our wedding coordinators were incredible. So accommodating and attentive. I never had to worry about anything on our big day because of them and their amazing service staff. I highly recommend the Stella for any event!“
“Always packed but fast and friendly service. Usually the same gentleman seats you and is kind and welcoming. Tables are spaced well for as crowded as the restaurant gets. Have been large family gatherings each time we are there which is a testament to it being good food, reasonably priced to me.Restaurant has free Wi-Fi and clean bathrooms. The bread is so fresh and soft… ya-yum! And the dessert selection is crazy and easily taken to go.We’ve had breakfast and lunch. Always generous portions and tasty dishes priced right. The fries are done perfectly every single time. This is a simple, casual, family place, date lunch or meet your friend kinda place. Would surely recommend.“
“Cute cozy area to sit. Big menu. Community involved. Friendly and helpful. Their banana pudding is a taste of childhood. Had the bonfire cold brew and it was just the right mix between sweet and that coffee tang. The foam on top was delish could of had a cup of that alone lol.“
