I frequent a lot of Culver’s all over Wisconsin. Probably the worst one I’ve ever visited. Cashier just stared at me and didn’t greet. Counter was filthy where you get ketchup and napkins. No tables were cleaned and we waited over 2 minutes for our food. No apologies for waiting either. Won’t return. This is at 1:30 pm too so not a peak time.
On 3/12/2014 I ordered 3 pints of your fresh vanilla custard. The problem is when I got home, each of my 3 pints of vanilla custard we're all not filled all of the way. I had no opportunity to complain and make this aware to the girl who filled my three pints of vanilla custard pints. She just told me after I order I'm to move forward in drive thru line because they were busy. This Culver’s is very well managed and the cashiers are super polite. The assistant manager duty today was very kind and understanding on when my sister spilled her drink. His friendly attitude really captured the friendly and hospitable spirit that Culver’s is all about. The food also slaps so there’s another reason to eat at this restaurant.
