I was surprised to see that I could order on the screen! This way I could take my time and check out the menu without rush. I had the spinach artichoke egg souffle. This visit was to use a gift card for my first visit to the kenosha store.

I do a lot of drive thru due to car naps with my baby. Anyway, I find the customer service and the attitude specifically through drive thru to be terrible and an "oh well" type attitude when issues arise, especially with mobile orders. They really don't try to accommodate drive thru customers or be empathetic in any way (I get it....fast food sucks. But even trying to apologize and explain it's always the person in the window looking away and really couldn't be bothered by our order or existence whatsoever). I'm definitely not in a rush to go to this Panera as much as I could be.

The ten vegetable soup was delicious. Better than expected. It has gotten a little pricey though. But still a good soup and sandwich place.

Slowest Panera I have ever been too. And always messing up my order when I’m in the drive through. Have to correct them multiple times when they they read back my order. And pretty disappointed how they changed the menu and removed some really good things they had. Not very friendly either. They need to be retrained and working in customer service

terrible experience today. ordered delivery through the app, waited over an hour and never received my food. nobody knocked, ringed my buzzer, i checked outside and nothing. called the store about 5 times in the last 30 mins and no answer. terrible service don’t order through the

Horrible costumer service, so called manager Devin you are horrible at what you do. They mixed up my order and gave me the wrong soup. He wasn’t even slightly apologetic about it. This guy shouldn’t have the position he has.

I ordered a vanilla cinnamon roll and there was a hair inside it, it was something awful and the service is very slow :(

I ordered a small number of things today, service was slow but it happens. What got me though was the hair that was in the cinnamon roll. It was not laid on top but actually baked in. I ripped a piece of the cinnamon roll off to eat before noticing the hair. In the photo you can see me pulling on the hair to show that it is actually inside of it.
