I feel like Erbs & Gerb's is a highly underrated sub shop in Milwaukee. The bread is fluffy (they have a wheat option), they rip out the guts for a better bread to filling ratio (but still give it to you on the top to eat), and they have my all-time favorite sub - the Quatro: Chicken, Cranberry Wasabi Sauce, Cherrywood Smoked Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Mayo, Lettuce, and Cucumber. Ordered trough grubhub, food was supposed to be here an hour after ordering. Hour and a half later no food and whoever answered the phone had no idea about my order. Now two hours later and still no food. Lazy service for mediocre food.
