Bought my son a gift card to here as he headed off to college last fall, only to have him be told that they don’t accept gift cards at this location! How do you have a business of a brand and not accept that brand’s gift cards?!? Hope other UWL parents don’t make the same mistake- ridiculous!!

I feel like Erbs & Gerb's is a highly underrated sub shop in Milwaukee. The bread is fluffy (they have a wheat option), they rip out the guts for a better bread to filling ratio (but still give it to you on the top to eat), and they have my all-time favorite sub - the Quatro: Chicken, Cranberry Wasabi Sauce, Cherrywood Smoked Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Mayo, Lettuce, and Cucumber. You heard me, CRANBERRY WASABI! Don't forget about the soups either. The Minnesota Wild Rice Chicken soup is to die for! If you're too lazy to drive over, they also deliver (not quickly - so give them a 30 minute heads up.) They also have some new wraps that I'm interested to give a try. Join the "Society" to get rewards and emails when they do BOGOs and other deals!

Ordered trough grubhub, food was supposed to be here an hour after ordering. Hour and a half later no food and whoever answered the phone had no idea about my order. Now two hours later and still no food. Lazy service for mediocre food.

Can you believe I've never eaten at an Erbert & Gerbert's before? Seriously, why not!? They are everywhere. Unlike Jimmy Johns, the innards of the bread that they scoop out for the sandwich is placed on top of the completed sandwich. No waste! I ordered the Erupter (BBQ chicken) it was great! I would also recommend their broccoli cheddar soup! I came in during an awkward, in-between time for lunch/dinner. One employee was on break, but once I walked in he hopped up and took my order. Both employees working were very friendly and quick with the order. Saw them prepare orders for pick up after me and they were efficient.

I've always loved Erbert & Gerbert's but yesterday I had exceptional service! I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich, but I thought it was an error on their part, so I called to let them know that I received the wrong sandwich and was also missing a cookie. They informed me that the sandwich delivered actually WAS what I ordered, but they still sent me the sandwich I actually wanted, the cookie I was missing, AND an additional cookie all free of charge. Very grateful to have my favorite sandwich place also be a company of great customer service. Thanks Erbert & Gerbert's!

I LOVE erberts and gerberts. They are my go-to sandwich shop on the east side of Milwaukee. Being a busy college student, I don't always have time to make dinner but this place always delivers in a timely fashion and allows me to focus on my studies. 10/10 would recommend!

My first order from this business. Ordering online was fast and easy and there were many customization options available which was great. I got the chicken and wild rice soup and the the Flash and both were very tasty. I think the soup may need a little less salt and a little more pepper, but it was good with tons of stuff in it. I'd order again :)

They're sandwiches are merely okay, but their soup is delicious. They tend to be on the slow side when you're used to freaky fast delivery from the other guys. Today, though, I was really hankering for some of their chicken and wild rice soup. Placed the order online, which indicated deliver in 30 minutes. Fair enough. After waiting 45 minutes, I gave a call to make sure they had received my order. They said it was on the way. I waited another 45 minutes. Called again. They said they never got my order! WTF? They asked if I wanted to place an order at that time. NO. It's 7:30. I'm hungry. I'm calling the other guys.
