Everything was ok, but nothing was outstanding. The server did her job adequately. The food was fine. The waterfront view was nice, but the surrounding docks were a little messy.

Met up with some friends for lunch recently on a Thursday and the ribs were the menu special so I tried them. They were very tasty and as advertised, falling off the bone. I was, however, expecting a little larger serving for the price but excellent flavor none-the-less. Waitress was pleasent. Nice river view. All in all a great lunch.

I wish I could review based on a full experience including the food. Went here years ago and remember it being good, and we happened to be in the area this weekend, so we decided to stop in. We quickly got a table, but didn't get served right away. After sitting there for about 15 minutes, another couple got seated and served immediately. We decided to go somewhere else.

Looking for a place which allowed dogs. You can sit outside with your dog and enjoy dinner. Food was very good. Service was ok, but then again seemed short staffed so not that big an issue. Would definitely go back. Great seating outside.

Was with a group on a Wednesday night. We all opted for fish fry. They were so accommodating when some wanted broiled fish. Service was excellent!Wheelchair accessibility: Good ramp.

Had dinner outside by the marina so view was great with the water and bluff on the other side, we even had a riverboat in the background.Service was good, but we weren't offered refills on drinks.Food was good. I had ribs with 2 sides, (salad not pictured).Ribs were not all as "fall off the bone" as I'd anticipated, and there were some bone fragments as well. The sauce had good flavor but was very sweet and rich, which some love but not my favorite. For the price I had higher expectations.I would recommend Huck Finns to try. The others in my party were pleased with their food.

Went with a large party for a going away dinner. The issues began the moment the first call for reservations was made. We were told they didn't take reservations for the patio, but if someone got there early we could request the patio. About 3 days prior to the event we called back with a final attendance count, and was told that the original reservation didn't exist. Reservation was made again, and it was reinforced that we could request the patio as told.Day of person arrives early to request the patio as instructed, and is told that there's no way that they can fit 24 people on the patio together. Instead they seat us inside at two separate long tables.Now let's discuss service. After waiting 10 minutes after arriving, I went to the bar to get a drink. Bartender informed me that I could order through my server. I informed the bartender that I had been there a while and hadn't seen a server yet. Server never asked people with alcohol if they wanted another drink or non-alcoholic beverage.I ordered the surf and turf with a baked potato and tossed salad as my sides. Food comes out the potato is literally the size of 2 golf balls combined, the salad is a triple handful of greens, half a grape tomato, 3 slices of cucumber, and 6 croutons. The shrimp batter was great, but the shrimp were the size of maybe my index finger. The steak was ordered medium well, the edges were well done, which I expected, the center was medium (cool center). Which was a surprise because the steak was literally a 3 maybe 4 ounce circle with the same thickness throughout. The steak was definitely not a steakhouse steak, it had no seasoning at all, and was reflected even in the au jus that was just as bland.I left still hungry, which when I spend 30 bucks on a plate I expect not to be. Portion size does not fit the atmosphere or location. It was TV cooking show/ 5 star chef portion sizes, at a 3 star river rat restaurant. I do not recommend going here for food.

Service was excellent. Really impressed with the sampler platter- the breading on the chicken tenders was ideal… very thin and crisp. Nice variety of sauces. I also had the Parmesan chicken sandwich. Very tasty. You really can’t beat the setting- nice ambiance on the water.
