I ordered at 10:11am. For pickup curbside at 11:30am. Plenty of time right? I get there at 11:29am, call the phone number, I'm on hold talking to NO ONE for almost 4:30min. I try the door. Locked. I call the other phone number. It rings for 1min 36 sec with NO answer. I call PH corp in Tx. NO answer. I call the southside PH , NO answer. I finally get ahold of a nice young man in Holmen who promises to get to the bottom of this. When I asked if he knew the manager of the Rose St. Store, he said "oh, ya." Nice, I spent 20 minutes of a 30 minute lunchtime WASTED again on PH. No more. Ever.

This was the perfect Friday night dinner - pizza hot and fresh - ready for pickup exactly when ordered and exactly as ordered. There was an online deal which made it even more affordable and the stuffed crust was delicious!

Used to love The Hut. Picked up 3 thin crust pizzas the other day after boating with the family. Got home and they are all cold a hard and taste like cardboard. Worst PizzaHut experience to date.

Last 2 times Ive ordered the dough didn't taste right. I've worked at Pizza Hut I know how things should be made. I called the store I told the manager it tastes old and "musty" I can't put Into words how gross the dough was. Just tasted like a wet basement. Of course they didn't apologize or ask to comp the food nothing he almost sounded like he was arguing about how fresh it was. Definitely won't be back!

I was staying here with my cheer team and a few of us wanted to get pizza so we placed an order at 10:45 pm. We ordered 2 large pizzas and a few drinks and waited the 40-50 minutes they said it would take to get our order. After waiting just over an hour, we tried to call but no one picked up and it said their lines were all busy. We continued to wait and call with no response. Eventually, we ordered pizza from Papa Johns and got it within a half hour even though Pizza Hut was right down the street from our hotel. Overall, super disappointed and super angry.

Our delivery driver forgot our drink and dipping sauces and we noticed when he was at the door. He said he was running back to grab it and would be right back and never came back. An hour later we called the store and they offered us a $10 credit for what had happened. We accepted. A month later we decided to place an order over the phone and they said there was no $10 credit on file.. and refused to give it to us but could offer a $5 credit no more. Poor service and bad management. We will never order from them again!!!

I'm back after a horrible past 3 years. My nephew was killed in October of 2015, my brother died in August 2016, and most recently my dad died on December 16th of 2017. Can we say, I need a BREAK!! To make matters worse, so far, I've yet to receive my elite badge for 2018. It just feels like my world is crashing down!! I always felt like Yelp was my safe haven. A place where I could share and enjoy food and other places with people who I've connected with. 2018 has to be a better year for me and my family. I'm praying to get my 2018 elite badge. Yelp seriously needs to add negatives or 0 ratings to reviews. We got a Pizza Hut pizza last night for dinner. Let me tell you something....it was awful!!! This particular Pizza Hut is the one that moved to the Mourmon Coulee Rd location next to Shopko. The staff was VERY young, maybe no one older than 18. All I can think is....where is the leadership??? We got 2 large pizzas...one with salami, onions, and cherry peppers, with parmesan and garlic butter crust. The other was "supposed" to be a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni, pineapple, and onions. We asked for light sauce. I didn't know that light sauce meant NO sauce at all!!! The pizza tasted like the cardboard box it came in, literally!! The texture resembled cardboard as well!! The supposed stuffed crust had maybe one morsel of cheese inside. You could see all the way through. I honestly don't know who trained these people, but the pizzas were Good awful!! I like to be positive in my reviews, but I couldn't find one positive thing. I guess if I could say anything positive, it would be the fact that the other pizza actually had sauce on it. I will NEVER buy from Pizza Hut again!!!!

Never Again!!!! We ordered our pizzas at 6:00 pm and were told it would be 75-90 minutes. Called at 8:00 and employee said they were "on the road - on the way to delivery; should be there soon." At 8:30, 2.5 hours after order placed, still no delivery. Called in and the employee came up with excuses. Did not offer any sort of coupon or refund. Just said "I don't know what the driver is doing with your pizzas." 2 hrs and 40 min, still not here. Next time it will be frozen pizza. They still showed up with it to deliver at 8:55. Burnt and wrong crust, Lukewarm at best for temperature.
Being a long time customer I loved their pizza but after tonight I won't be back again. I drive 20 minutes to go there & sit down order 2 small pizzas. After 40 minutes of waiting I walked up & asked to change order to a to go order, 5 minutes later walked out. Got home only to find out one of the pizzas is not what I ordered. They gave us paper plates and napkins. I've never had a pizza place do that. Go them. The pizza was also exactly what we ordered... but I think we should focus on the plates.

Standard Pizza Hut. Cozy feel inside. Pizza was pretty good, but sausages were way overcooked and not real good. Buffet is only open during lunch. Had to wait about 15 minutes for my personal pan pizza. Staff did not look real put together nor professional, but were friendly. Staff meeting with employees getting lectured right in the dining area during dinner. Another staff member was sitting at a booth eating dinner. It would look more professional not to do those things in the dining area.

Whats not to love about pizza hut! I love their pizza! Unfortunately, I am unable to give them 5 stars, because it takes them about 70+ mins to deliver pizza to you (whether you live close by or far away). They also told me one time that they were unable to find my address so couldn't deliver me any pizza. I was a mile down from them!
