“Food was delightful. The branzino was excellently cooked and flavored, with a nice crispy texture. The tiramisu dessert was delicious. The appropriate rating for this restaurant should be above 5 stars. My daughter said it was the best restaurant she’s ever eaten at. Even the pizza off the kids menu was brick fired and had perfect marinara. Also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the decaf Americano - a delicious Colombian blend. Comfortably situated in the Grand Geneva Resort. Heavenly experience.“
“Luis’s is such a gem in Lake Geneva! We order carryout several times a month and our favorite items are the burritos and tacos- all of the meat options are delicious (barbacoa is a favorite) and the portions are generous with rice, beans and excellent tortilla chips as sides. The menu is large with many options and the remodeled restaurant is fantastic! Consistent quality and reasonable prices. Only suggestion is to be open more weekdays for dinner during your winter hours- we’d be there even more!!“
“We have wanted to try this place for a long time since I found and follow them on social media. Tonight on March 29th we stopped. we ordered a pizza and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and respectful. Nick was in the Kitchen making pizzas. When we stood up to leave he asked us how everything was? very impressed. I will be back.“
“Had breakfast. Place was pretty empty, got seated right away and served quickly. My gf got an omelette that she really enjoyed- I went for “the bootlegger” which is a giant 8 inch tall, 5 inch wide biscuit sandwich with eggs, cheese, and crispy fried chicken strips inside, doused in a very healthy helping of hot, fresh, and slightly spicy sausage gravy, all on a bed of potato slices; it was top notch and more than I could finish. $35 for two people and coffees plus tip, very fair considering the quality and service. We’ll be back.“
“We visited on a Saturday night. Loved the view of the patio and Lake Como/Geneva National off in the distance. Good calamari, baked penne, scallop Parmesan risotto, and fettuccine bolognese. Meal was served at a reasonable time enabling us to enjoy appetizers and a beverage. We'll be back again soon.“
“I was really really excited to try this farm to table bistro and was not disappointed with the staff and atmosphere, but I did feel that the food and wine selections slightly missed the mark. I did love the place and I did appreciate my meal, but I thought that the beet salad was more dressing and rich extras than it was beets and the shank was too oily and fairly tasteless. I will say that the bed of gnocchi was like eating warm buttery clouds, just delicious!!! My husband had the chop and loved it, but we both agreed that there were no real stand out tastes in any of the core dishes. Finally, the wine by the glass options were really limited, and although we are not picky drinkers, we each had 2 glasses of 2 different reds and didn't care for any of them. All in all, it was a wonderful evening, and we really enjoyed the space, just a little disappointed with our food and wine choices that night. I'm excited to return and try something different next time!Parking: We found parking near by, but I'm going to say that in season that would be fairly impossible.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance and bathrooms were accessible but the downstairs seating was very close together and might prove challenging to easily maneuver.“
“Everyone knows Gino's pizza is killer. The Italian roast beef was way good. The Lake Geneva location had a great view of the lake. We were staying in the joining hotel so it was also it was very convenient. A 10% discount for hotel stay was a bonus.The service, however, was terrible. My friend waited 20min to get silverware, I had walk up to the bar for another beer, gave up on wanting ketchup...“
“Such a unique atmosphere - part deli, part restaurant, ALL fabulous. I took home the Egg Plant Parmesan, both my hubby n I agreed it's the best we've ever had. I also brought home some of the Fresh Italian Beef and buns which I'm looking forward to making for us too. The service is prompt & friendly and there's a positive vibe there that's a bit infections so you leave with a smile on your face. Try it out, you will be glad you did. :)“

Great people, great food, great service, and they try to source as much of their ingredients locally, in the same county, so great for the community up here as well. “This is a beautiful hidden gem in downtown Richmond. Perfect atmosphere and great service. The food is incredible; honestly the best Italian I have had in all of Illinois. Highly recommend the calamari, sea scallops, and mangotini! We had a few different flavors of homemade gelato and key lime pie for dessert and all were amazing. Never had better gelato! All 9 of us in our party had great meals.“
“The Wife and I came in for a great experience today. We had the fried cheese curds to start, I had the fried perch and she had a pulled pork BBQ sandwich. Both of us enjoyed the great food. Heather was super delightful as a waitress and even took the time to fill us in on some of the incredible history of the building and area.“
“First impression is the decor is relaxed and fun but still classy.The hostess was friendly. The restaurant was very clean.Our waitress, Jan, was bubbly. Friendly and knowledgeable. She was present enough to make sure we were taken care of and didn't need anything, but not hovering, which was nice. She even went the extra mile on my dirty martini and stuffed the olives with jalapeno peppers because I mentioned how much I love them.The table busser, Ben, never stops. He's a huge asset. Always walking around making sure nobody needs anything and kept our table clean. Jake, who showed up a short time later, had an energetic personality and was also obviously a very hard worker.Overall the wait staff is incredible.The bread is beyond addictive. I could eat that for days. I had the stormy night martini which is incredible. My wife had the pomegranate martini which was delicious.The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare. There was a butter with a slight hint of onion that was pleasant but not overpowering. The crab legs were cooked perfectly. My wife melted when she tried the Broadway shrimp. The Broadway potatoes were crispy on the outside. Soft on the inside, rich, buttery and delicious.Overall, I have nothing bad to say about this dining experience. Seaside prime should be considered a blueprint for what a dining establishment should be. And I'm not easy to please.“

“Arrived at reservation time and seated immediately........Off to a good start. Ordered 2 Chopino Dinners and Tuscan Chicken Pasta Dinner. The Chopino was very good and a hearty. The Tuscan Chicken Pasta was delicious and hearty. No problem with anything other than the lack of bread w/oil and cheese. Service was also very good. This place is an unsung winner among many up here in Lake Geneva. We'll be back.“
