I ordered a #15 with no tomato, add Jimmy mustard and hot peppers. The sandwich came with a microscopic amount of tuna and no Jimmy mustard. Very disappointing!

Had a problem ordering through a delivery app. I ordered within 30 minutes of the store closing. The restaurant called and told me they couldn't finish the order. Totally understandable since they would be delivering it. They said the order would be cancelled. The delivery app didn't cancel the order as we expected. The next day I called and talked to two employees (including the store Manager who called me back) and they were exceptionally helpful and professional. I fixed getting a credit with the delivery company later. Wanted to highlight that the store had some helpful people there.

U know I'm deaf and don't speak well. One employee made fun of me. It was very unprofessional.I paid online and pick it up at 115 pm. I arrived on time and said work on it now with 6 employees. At last, 10 minutes later, picked it up. That's lousy service.What's more... I witnessed one employee eat at a deli in front of the clerk!Difficult parking. No way of free parking!
