Had a problem ordering through a delivery app. I ordered within 30 minutes of the store closing. The restaurant called and told me they couldn't finish the order. Totally understandable since they would be delivering it. They said the order would be cancelled. The delivery app didn't cancel the order as we expected. Definitely the last time I will ever order from this location. "Freaky Fast?" More like "Freaky Slow." I live 1 mile away and it takes an hour for a single sandwich to get delivered. Wow. This location seems to be programmed to tell people its "on the way," when in truth it's not. The whole tired excuse of not having employees is getting really old. Food is typically fine. But the last two times I’ve ordered I was told 30 minutes. Unfortunately I waited an hour and a half the first time and missed my entire lunch time waiting and had to call and cancel. The next time I was told 30 minutes and then called once I had waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. They said the driver was on his way. So I waited again another 30 minutes and decided to call and cancel.
