Terra aka red, came out after we order food on the app ask the name we used to order it. It's a great feeling to know someone is doing their job properly to make sure the right food goes to the right vehicle. Just makes me feel good about her service awesome job and good work that employee needs a raise and ten stars instead of five. The food taste fresh and even the fries. Very respectful as well.Dietary restrictions: If you have a dietary restriction, you can always ask them not to put anything on there such as myself. I cannot have Mayonnaise. and they gave me a sandwich without Mayonnaise.Kid-friendliness: They respect all children as far as I can see. There is no playhouse, but they do have tables that light up for children to play With?Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp to go into the store if you have a wheelchair and they have available parking right up front.

Employees were very rude to customers. Refused to sell sauce separately and threatened to call the police. I was viewing the situation from the booth and the customer was explaining the situation and the employees blew it way out of proportion and told him to get out of their store.

If I could give this damn place 0 stars best believe I would. I waiting at the drive thru kiosk for 10 min after waiting in line for 15 min. I said hello multiple times to see if they would hear me and ofc they “didn’t”. When I pulled up to the window the guy was very rude saying they didn’t have an order for me, after I explained that no one took my order for the 10 min I was there he wanted me to go wait in the huge line again and place my order. AND I QUOTE “she wasn’t here, now she’s back so go back in line and place you’re order there” and shut the window door right to my face. THE WORST PLACE EVER. Save your time and go somewhere else.

This location is always understaffed and service is usually slow but I go here because it's close to where I conduct my business. The staff they do have is often unfriendly and sometimes just plain rude and they are very inattentive to people at the front counter. It's not just the employees either, management is often the worst. They had a new girl (2nd day) who was great. Friendly, helpful, upbeat, smiling just what you want in an employee but she apparently didn't fit the employee profile for this place because after 2 weeks I never saw her again.
