Twice I placed an order to be picked up to arrive and the employees claim they never received the order but the app shows it was picked up. They obviously hand out any order to any person and lie to cover up. I took the $10 loss the first time but this time I'm requesting a charge reversal through my credit union.

We ordered five subs to pick up, and the store mistakenly gave them to door dash. The staff was unapologetic, rude, and argumentative. I convinced them I had initially placed and never received the order, and they remade subs 45 minutes later. Three people behind the counter who didn't want to be there didn't care that this occurred. No apologies from the gas station and Subway manager, who mumbled he would bring it up to "door Dash" who he blamed for taking the wrong order.

VERY busy location but the team in there today was a four person staff rotating from the BP station as well. Nice work! Great subs.

If I could I would give ZERO stars. Placed an order online and when the ready to pick up showed in the app we went to pick up when we got there they said we never placed an order. Well we showed online app, emails, and the fact the money was as subtracted from our account. We were told they could remake our subs. They took 6 people in front of us and then they said again they could remake them but would have to charge us AGAIN. They were so rude. We were told “we would have to take it up with online there is nothing they could do and their manager wasn’t there”. So after 25 mins waiting we left with zero subs and no money refund. When I found out how they treated my husband I tried calling and the phone number is disconnected there. It’s also not easy to try and find someone online to contact to try to get our money back. This is all absurd and beyond the worst customer service I have ever experienced especially because I still don’t have my money back

The Lake Geneva Subway that just reopened with Dunkin Donuts is terrible! The bread was completly dry and flavorless. Either they changed the recipe or served old leftover bread on a Monday afternoon.

I went to subway and got food poisoning from eating a cold cut combo. Update : went back 2 more times hoping for the best. Young girl making subs as managers sit and watch. Young girl has no training messed up last two orders. Not good experience. Avoid.

This Subway is inside the Amoco station. We were from out-of-town and we stopped to grab a sandwich to take on the boat with us while cruising around Lake Geneva. The staff was rude to use because we stood in front of the exit end of the line while we read the menu. I walked out because of the rudeness and Covid, I didn't want to be in the store longer than i had to. My wife ordered our subs and we went on our merry way. Later when we ate the sub in the boat, it was a very good sandwich. We hadn't had Subway in a while because the Subway near our home is poor too. We were impresses with the quality of sandwich and would return. We are from Minnesota where our state put precautions in place for the spread of Covid. They weren't doing any of this in Wisconsin. I felt a bit uneasy being that I am considered high-risk. I must be cautious.
