This Subway is inside the Amoco station. We were from out-of-town and we stopped to grab a sandwich to take on the boat with us while cruising around Lake Geneva. The staff was rude to use because we stood in front of the exit end of the line while we read the menu. I walked out because of the rudeness and Covid, I didn't want to be in the store longer than i had to. My wife ordered our subs and we went on our merry way. The man behind the counter with the beard and the long curly hair greeted me as I came in the door. I'm an older gentleman and I can't pump gas for myself, so I asked him if he'd pump my gas for me. I handed him my keys and he went out there and pumped the gas in the cold for me. I was so thankful. The young lady with the red hair and glasses helped me with the sandwiches for my children. They are very kind.

Twice I placed an order to be picked up to arrive and the employees claim they never received the order but the app shows it was picked up. They obviously hand out any order to any person and lie to cover up. I took the $10 loss the first time but this time I'm requesting a charge reversal through my credit union.
